Skills, Participation and Incentives

The Namoi CMA is engaged in a number of capacity building projects designed specifically for landowners and other natural resource managers. For example, the CMA has a partnership with the Department of Primary Industries to deliver the Prograze courses for farm managers. It also manages the Property Management Planning courses. It really does seek direct engagement with people and in this way it helps the CMA design and deliver the Catchment Action Plan that directs its incentive program. Natural resource managers who want to know about the incentive and funding available to them should contact the CMA and a staff member will discuss their needs and advise them accordingly.
